Beautiful, peaceful, quiet spot. Want to just keep it to ourselves! 3 x campsites all fairly similar except the distance to amenities block which is important given the steep drive to the campsites. Best amenities ever been to. Immaculately clean bathrooms - and you get your own. Large fridge with ice maker available. Good hike if you are pretty fit as very steep. Loved it and will be back!

Excellent getaway for peace and quiet. The movie projector was a nice touch for the kids!

We stayed here for a midweek wedding and absolutely loved our entire stay. Such a beautiful, peaceful location with incredible views — waking up to this scenery with a morning coffee was something special. Only about an hour outside of Brisbane, it feels like you’re much further away from the city. It’s the perfect place to escape, slow down and enjoy the peace and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. A beautiful little getaway and a wonderful place to stay for a wedding or simply a relaxing break. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning, views from every room. The deck between the bedrooms and kitchen/lounge has an elevated bench with stools which is perfect for relaxing with a view. If you are an advanced hiker there are plenty of trails for you. About 10 minutes to Daybora for supplies. No microwave.

What an amazing location, so close to Brisbane! Only took an hour to drive there. We stayed at the Stars campsite (middle of the three) and it was private, peaceful and had gorgeous views at sunset and sunrise. Very well maintained - the amenities are super clean (each site gets their own bathroom), and best of all it was 2WD accessible (tar road all the way to the campsite). The hike connected to the property is also no joke, only attempt if you are an experienced hiker and have hiking shoes. It is extremely steep and the rocks/granite are slippery. We did it clockwise and were sliding down on our behinds for a third of it. Mel is lovely and was very easy to communicate with about late check-in and adding an additional person. Will definitely be back 😊

This is the only campsite that I have stayed at where you get your own, dedicated bathroom per site. Superb!

Great view rooms were clean and serviceable parking was easy just a bit of a drive to get there

This place is STUNNING! Our family went camping here over the weekend and had the best time! The camp sites are big and level with an individual fire pit on each site. Incredible views all round. The amenities are modern and up to date. It's quiet and you're completely surrounded by nature. Our boys had such a great time playing in nature - we will definitely be back!

If only the stay had been longer! Was recommended this place by the nearby winery, and managed to get a last minute reservation for a cabin. Eco built but clean, cozy and comfortable, the emphasis is on simple living and connecting with nature. From our cabin we could literally see all the way to Bribie Island and beyond. For a trip only 40 mins away from the inner north of Brisbane, you feel a million miles away and the whole place is beautifully rustic and quiet. Mel, the caretaker, is extremely helpful, friendly and chatty without being intrusive and generously offered us fruit from her lime tree upon our departure. She had great local knowledge of places to go, eat, and the local riding facilities too! Sadly not enough time for all but will definitely be back. Note: no TV, so enjoy it!

Even when the weather is raining on and off, Worldsaway Retreat at Ocean View is such a beautiful place to unwind and take in the ever-changing sensational scenic views both day and night. Just had 2 memorable night's stay up in the clouds. The Eco- Cabins are so well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The property is extremely well maintained with great care and dedication by the pleasant owners focusing on looking after our environment for now and future generations. Highly recommend a stay whether it be in one of the two Eco Cabins or camping at one of three scenic powered sites with nearby individual private bathrooms in the amenities block and a great camp kitchen. Thanks for the memorable getaway.

This place is amazing - a little slice of paradise nestled on the side of a hill. Amazing views, fantastic bush walks. Fire pits and total privacy for star gazing. You won't find many places as beautiful and secluded as here - if you want to escape for a few days - this is perfect.

Can’t speak highly enough about Worldsaway Retreat. We stayed in one of the cabins. The view is breathtaking! It was so peaceful. The cabins are clean and have all the required amenities. It’s in a great location with some really nice cafes and restaurants close by. We will definitely visit again!

Worldsaway is a beautiful spot! The amenities are clean and well thought out. The campsites and cabins have the most magnificent views and there are some beautiful walks around the property. There is yoga overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains which is not to be missed either! Owners are very helpful too. All in all a must for anyone looking to retreat.

I can not believe I have lived so close to this beautiful location and not know about it , we stayed in the cabins , walked to the waterfall, went and had breakfast at a local cafe then headed to a winery for lunch ,such a wonderful weekend can’t wait to go back and explore the area

Superb location with outstanding view and amazing owners. We stayed in one of the cabins, with an unforgettable view of the hinterland and ocean. The place has everything you need for a memorable time with family or friends. There is a walking/climbing path to a waterfall down the hill if you like to have a good workout (the slope is a bit steep tho). Dane was also supper helpful and friendly. There is a big BBQ area and fire pit so make sure to pack lots of foods. Thanks for the amazing stay. We will be back 🙂

We had a fantastic weekend away here! The views are simply stunning-day and night! I have seen one of the best sunrises ever from up there and the campsite was spacious with power and water, the amenities fantastic with our own bathroom. The hike up the hill from the amenities to the campground helped us to become fitter. Highly recommended!

Fantastic get away from the normal hum drum - with spectacular views during the day and perfect at night. Truly feel like you are worlds away and yet so close to Brisbane with excellent facilities and accommodation at a realistic price.
