No matter what your ideal family getaway involves, you can make it happen at Worldsaway! Design your own retreat today…

Day 1: Friday

  • Check in from 2pm

    Set up your tents or get settled in your cabin.

  • Go for a family walk on-site

    Get familiar with the surroundings and let the kids roam free before dinner.

  • Prepare dinner on-site

  • Toast marshmallows and gaze at the stars

    From our Nature Deck or your own campfire (campsites only).

Day 2: Saturday

  • Head to Ocean View Estates to participate in the Park Run

    It takes place at 7am every Saturday. Children and walkers welcome.

  • Enjoy breakfast

    Either pick up a picnic hamper from Ocean View Estates and enjoy back at our property or at the D’Aguilar National Park or cook up a feast of bacon and eggs on our BBQ at the Nature Deck.

  • Explore Mt Mee’s famous national park and waterholes

    Make memories and let the kids burn off more energy in the D’Aguilar National Park or cooldown in one of the many local water holes.

  • Take a break for lunch

    Find a quiet spot to enjoy lunch at Worldsaway Retreat.

  • Enjoy a quiet afternoon at Worldsaway

    Kick back and relax the natural surroundings. Encourage the kids to explore the creek, seasonal waterfalls and ancient rock formations which are sure to delight curious young minds.

  • Prepare dinner on-site

    Or make a reservation at one of the acclaimed local restaurants in Dayboro or at Mt Mee (we recommend Birches or Ocean View Estates).

  • Watch an outdoor movie

    We have a projector and screen, as well as a selection of family-friendly movies for you to enjoy.

Day 3: Sunday

  • Check out by 10am

    We ask that guests check out before 10am on their final day.

  • Head to the markets

    At Dayboro or Mt Mee if your visit falls on the first Sunday of the month. If it doesn’t, pick up some bakery treats at the Dayboro Bakery, before stopping in at the Life’s Sweet – a lolly shop the kids are going to love!

Accommodation

You can choose from cabin accommodation or pitch a tent at one of our 3 campsites. To make your stay as comfortable as it can be, we also have highchairs and portable costs available upon request.

Our cabins cost:

  • $260 per night Mon-Thurs
  • $310 per night Fri-Sun
